Sober Companion

Support When It Matters Most
Recovery doesn’t happen in isolation and some moments call for more than weekly sessions or phone check-ins. A Sober Companion provides real-time, in-person support during high-risk or transitional periods, offering structure, accountability, and compassionate presence when it’s needed most. Whether you or your loved one is newly sober, returning home from treatment, navigating travel, or facing a challenging life transition, sober companion services create a bridge between intention and action.
Who This Service Is For?
Sober companion services are ideal for individuals who are newly sober and need extra support, transitioning home from treatment, have a history of relapse and want added accountability, are traveling or attending high-risk events, navigating major life changes, seeking discreet high-touch recovery support, or families wanting peace of mind.
How I Support You as Your Sober Companion?
With over a 16 years of long-term recovery and over a decade of professional experience as a Recovery Coach Professional, and Holistic Wellness Coach, I bring both clinical professionalism and lived understanding to this work. Support may include daily structure and routine building, accountability check-ins, accompaniment to meetings or appointments, support during travel or transitions, crisis prevention, emotional support, lifestyle coaching, and aftercare planning. My approach is rooted in respect, confidentiality, non-judgment, empowerment, and multiple pathways to recovery. This is not about control, it’s about helping you build confidence, structure, and inner strength to sustain your recovery.
